Mindful Professional Circles (MPC).

 
 

MPC encourages compassion and relationship-building to minimize job burnout. These weekly mindfulness circles support the cultivation of a positive mindset to aid in the mitigation of job-related stressors and support compassionate interactions within your organization. 

MPC meets weekly for a 30-minute mindfulness circle. Each mindfulness circles include:

  • A ten-minute mindfulness practice.

    • 1st Week-Body Practice

    • 2nd Week-Breath Practice

    • 3rd Week-Breath and Body Practice

    • 4th Week- Loving-Kindness Practice

  • Personal or professional check-in.

  • Weekly declaration of self-care.
