This Sunday’s topic is a continuation of our exploration of our individual/collective dharma. In the vein of the cosmic FLOW concept that I introduced last month, we look deeply at “letting go of expectations and outcomes.”

F.L.O.W.

  • Following your intuition.

  • Letting go of expectations and outcomes.

  • Owning your experience.

  • Welcoming growth edges.

During our time together we will participate in a heart-centered practice of listening and sharing with one another. We will continue our deep dive within. We will explore:

  • What does forgiveness look like in America?

During my dharma share, I will explore the following questions:

  • How does forgiveness support healing me as the descendant of slaves in America?

  • How does forgiveness support awakening to life?

Afterward, we welcome you to participate in Ruth King’s Metta prayer for racial healing.
